ASSEMBLY MINORITY LEADER RA WELCOMES PRESIDENT OF LONG ISLAND FEDERATION OF LABOR JOHN DURSO TO CAPITOL

Today, Assembly Minority Leader Ed Ra welcomed the Long Island Federation of Labor President John Durso as part of the Italian American Day celebration at the Capitol. The New York Conference of Italian American State Legislators hosts the annual event to promote and celebrate Italian culture, fellowship and traditional Italian food and festivities. Durso was presented with an official Assembly Resolution by Leader Ra and members of the Assembly Minority Conference in recognition of his lifelong work and civic engagement with the Italian American community. Leader Ra is the former President and current Treasurer of the Conference of Italian American Legislators.
